Paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, and photographs by artists who have worked in Yosemite will be offered in a benefit auction of contemporary artwork. All proceeds to support the Artists-in-Residence program of Yosemite Renaissance, a non-profit organization for the arts of Yosemite.

Our Artists-in-Residence Program was put on hold when the cabin we were using for residents was sold. While the National Park Service is expected to lend a cabin in Wawona for our use, it needs significant repairs for which we have few funds.  This auction will, hopefully, raise a significant percentage, if not all, of the funds that we need for these repairs.  If we are successful in these fund-raising efforts we will finally be able to offer year-round lodging for artists-in-residence.
