Artist
Color represents a wild and free spirit honored through my paintings. Natural rhythms found in the landscape that are affected by light inspire me to paint with exploration and delight. Forty-four years of living in Yosemite have taught me to hold nature at the core of my daily life. Painting trips to the California coast, the High Desert plateaus in the eastern Sierra, and the Central Valley of California bring me a wide variety of landscapes to interpret. My priorities are to be outdoors each day and to paint only that which really moves me.
